Please contact michael@thelibertiesfestival.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes, most events are free and you can turn up. However, some such as workshops will require advance booking and are age specific. For example, Fighting Words and City Instincts will require teenagers to commit to three days. We suggest you check our website for specifics on events and up to date information.
We strive to make most of our events free. However, we have made a suggested donation for some events. This is for those who can afford to pay and wish to support our programming. A small number of events are also being used to fundraise for community charity initiatives.
Yes, you can. Please check out our website and fill out the application form before July 11.
The best place for information will be on our website - thelibertiesfestival.com or via our Instagram page @thelibertiesfestival.com
This means the events will only go ahead once we have approval from relevant authorities.
We will be issuing guidelines for proposals and activities which we are interested in exploring in 2025 in the autumn. We are always keen on ideas and projects with connections to The Liberties.
Photography and filming of attendees may take place during the festival. In buying a ticket or attending an event you agree that your image and likeness may be photographed or filmed and used by the Liberties Festival or Diageo Ireland for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose.
